Founded in May 2017 and restructured in March 2024, Crintek Intelligence is a marine technology innovator specializing in advanced underwater systems including long-range unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs), remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), and modular underwater launch systems for complex marine operations. With two R&D buildings totaling more than 6,000 ㎡ and an industrial park covering more than 60,000 ㎡ under construction (including over 50,000 ㎡ of workshop space and 16,000 ㎡ of office buildings), the company collaborates with Tsinghua University's Tianjin Institute through its Advanced Maritime Equipment Research Laboratory.
